1943 owner a Grocery in Neusatz, Yugoslavia. October 1943 conscripted into the SS. Transferred to Mittlebau. 05 April 1945 evacuated from Mittlebau with a transport of 4000 prisoners. 11 April 1945 arrived Bergen-Belsen (now Bergen-Hohne) Barracks. Arrested by the British at 2130 hours on the 16th April 1945 17 September 1945. Stands trial at the 'Trial of Josef Kramer and Forty Four others' at 30 Lindenstraße, Lüneburg.
